DONT OVERTHINK IN ANY MATTER

                            

Over thinking, this is the major problem in many of the people. When someone wants to take decision about a major or a minor problem they literally try to create outcomes of every possibility. Going through more such situations people repeatedly try to think about the possible outcomes. Unknowingly this will become a habit and becomes a crucial problem in an individual life. However this over analyzing or micro-managing every situation in detail doesn’t find any solution for their problem. Linearly the burden will be raise on and people cannot come out through this situation. There will be more increase in stress and anxiety. 


Over thinking is not always thinking about positive thought but its all about rethinking negative thought over and over running in one’s mind.

This modern world where everyone was going digital and spending time virtually, there is no place where one can find peace as world is full of jealous and backbite. So there are no people who can understand ones problem and try to resolve it. Everybody are focusing on their owns life and not bothering about others. People suffering with over thinking have no chance to share about what’s going through their inner mind.

Many over thinkers seems to be silent but they fight a war inside their mind with many negative thought archers, so overanalyzing seems to be very hard to leave it and gradually it try to eats our inner peace. Then one can feel lonely and they have feeling that if they share their problem with someone  they may criticize them and they may not be with them like they before used to.

There will be a stage in over thinker where they cannot face problems anymore and cannot find a perfect person to share, this leads to think about trying to quit their life. That seems to be the right decision that one can take. 

But there are many solutions to overcome this micromanaging problem. Here are some of the methods to overcome negative thoughts.

 Meditation, this the powerful tool that one can cope with their hectic work. Initially one cannot concentrate on meditation but when one is dedicated towards overcoming their problem can definitely win over thinking. Surya namaskar is also a strapping method to overcome this overrating, it works when we concentrate on every asana we do.

Also find a person no matter who ever it is but make sure that he or she is fond of what you go through and support you, just try to tell your problem and it can relieve you as much.

The another solution is that helping. Helping not only humans but also treating animals develops your self confidence and it gives a pleasant feeling. 

Try to listen some music which can bring you more joy in you and sing along with it at least you can stop over thinking while singing a song.

Read books, yes but many over thinkers say that how can they concentrate on reading while their mind goes with other thoughts but when reading story books one can mold or adapt themselves into the character they are willing to and concentrate without any thought.

Be mentally strong and say to yourself that what ever happens just happens and you need not to worry about that.

Either make yourself busy by giving some work for yourself or try to draw something that makes you concentrate on certain work and stops overthinking.

Believe that self acceptance makes self improvement so believe in yourselves when any negative thought strikes your mind try to motivate yourself with positive ones and you can definitely come over negative thoughts.

You can find many videos on social media, those videos contain frequencies which takes us into peace of mind. Just go through those and spare at least  one hour or half and hour for yourselves. I bet this practice can linearly take away your negative thoughts.

Always try to spend time with your family because they are the ones who stand with us when no one are.

Never ever try to impress someone, there’s nothing to prove yourselves let them be wrong about you. Focus on your inner self and whatever happens just happens.



Make a habit that you always consume healthy food and drink more water and never leave this habit as our thoughts, emotions depend on what we consume, what we see, what we go through so whatever happens in our mind consciously just happens but what we have to consider is that our thoughts strike unconsciously. When we unconsciously thinking about something and suddenly get through it, that is the phase where we have to take action in stopping those thoughts.

At last, to do all the above mentioned methods one have strong desire and belief to overcome all these over exaggerating thoughts.
